The UPDRAFT Supplemental Scholarship Project seeks long-term sustainability through grants, sponsorships and endowments from nonprofits, private foundations, family offices, and commercial sources - entities with a desire to:
Reduce the number of students who withdraw from high school before graduation.
Increase the number of students who are prepared to enter the workforce upon graduation from trade schools and institutions of higher learning.
Increase the number of low-income students entering trade schools and institutions of higher learning.
Decrease drug and alcohol use by expanding career opportunities and encouraging higher educational pursuits.
Increase individual economic understanding and productivity.
Improve the overall quality of life for young Americans and their families.
